It's nice to have a few days to do nothing but paint.  I've been able to get a lot done over the last couple of days.

The faces still need a lot of work here, but the rest is coming along nicely.  This new works feels much more like a painting to me.  It has weight and mass and feels very much like it's own object.  I know it's hard to tell from the photo here.  It has a presence to it that my my smaller work lacked
